What exactly is co-living?
Co-living means you rent a beautiful private suite in a professionally managed shared home. Kitchens, living rooms, and outdoor spaces are shared with housemates, and one monthly rate covers rent, utilities, Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and community programming. It's the ease of a hotel with the warmth of a home.
What's included in my monthly rate?
Everything you need to live well: your fully furnished suite, all utilities, gigabit Wi-Fi, weekly cleaning of shared spaces, home supplies (think paper goods, cooking essentials, cleaning products), maintenance, and access to all community events. No hidden fees, ever.
How flexible are the lease terms?
We offer stays from three to eighteen months, with month-to-month options after your initial term. Need to relocate within Columbus? We'll happily transfer you between Green Haven homes when availability allows.
How do you choose housemates?
Every applicant is screened and personally interviewed. We consider lifestyle, schedules, and community fit — not just credit scores — so homes feel considerate, respectful, and genuinely friendly.
Can I tour before applying?
Absolutely — we encourage it. Book a private in-person or video tour and we'll walk you through the home, introduce the vibe of the house, and answer everything on your mind.
Do you work with caseworkers and agencies?

What does it cost to move in?
Just your first month's rate and a refundable deposit. No broker fees, no furniture costs, no utility deposits — moving in with Green Haven costs a fraction of a traditional apartment.
